Loss Prevention & Safety Consulting was built on a foundation with over 25 years of expertise in the loss, risk management, employee theft and fraud prevention industry.  Our goal is to collaborate with your organization to reduce loss, exposure to theft / fraud and increase performance.  We identify the core issues, analyze the data and then formulate an operational action plan that will guide you in your strategy going forward in the future.

We are here to "meet you where you are", whether that be an already active program, or one who requires a complete program tailored for them.  Our services range in cost from an hourly consulting rate for smaller projects, up to including total project costs for putting together entire programs designed for you.  Total project costs are based on the size of the organization, number of employees, complexity and specific business model.  We will be more than happy to sit down with you to discuss your needs and to understand your concerns, budget, etc.


Our commitment to you is simple, provide you, the customer with a steadfast program that will work.  We will get there by collaborating with you on every step of the process and gaining your insights along the way.  Without working together, we will not produce a successful outcome.
